Refunds and cancellation

What can be refunded

The 7 days count from the payment date on your invoice. The first year of Zap Care that comes with a Lifetime licence is part of that licence, so a refund within 7 days covers the whole amount you paid.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to [email protected] with your order or invoice number and the name of the business.
- We reply within 1 working day.
- Once we approve the refund, we send it through Razorpay.
How the refund is paid
- The money goes back to the payment method you used (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days of our approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- We issue a GST credit note for the refund and email it to you. You can also download it in the web app under Plan & billing.
What happens after a refund
A refund ends the licence or add-on it was for. If you get a Lifetime licence refunded, your business’s books become read-only, as they do when a trial ends: you can still view, print and export them.
Charged but the purchase didn’t go through
If money left your account but your plan didn’t switch on, or you were charged twice for the same thing, write to [email protected] with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We either complete your purchase or refund the extra payment in full.
Cancellation
- Zap Care doesn’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you don’t want another year, simply don’t renew. We remind you before it ends.
- After Zap Care ends you get 15 days of grace. Then sync and the web app pause, while the phone and desktop apps keep working on their own. Renew at any time and sync resumes.
- A Lifetime licence is a one-time payment with no ongoing charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
- The free trial needs no card and never charges you. If you don’t want to buy, you don’t need to do anything.
